Randy Hayes, DVM
Dr. Hayes is a native of Rosepine, Louisiana where he grew up with many different animals, including dogs, cats, horses and cows. He is a graduate of McNeese State University (2001) and the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine (2004.) He began his veterinary career as an associate veterinarian at All Creatures Veterinary Hospital in New Iberia, Louisiana from the time he graduated in 2004 until 2012. While there, he performed routine and advanced veterinary procedures on large, small and exotic animals. Dr. Hayes purchased Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic from Dr. Charlie Jones in November of 2012. He is married to Jaclyn and has three charming sons, two dogs – Badger the Catahoula Curr and Pearl the Chinese Crested. They also have three cats, two ducks and a few horses. Dr. Hayes enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, and playing ball with his boys.
Dana Chapman, DVM
Dr. Chapman is a Gulfport native and graduate of Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She grew up riding in hunter/jumper competitions and later taught lessons to other riders. She is married to Captain Andrew Wood and has been traveling with the United States Army since graduation. She has practiced in Mississippi, Washington, and Louisiana. Dr. Chapman and her husband Andy have one curly haired, rosy cheeked son that keeps them very busy. When not at work Dr. Chapman can be found playing Friday Night Magic, sewing cosplays, and generally having way too many nerdy hobbies. She has three dogs, three cats, and three horses.
Lacey Werczynski, DVM, CVA
Dr. Lacey was born in upstate New York and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with minors in Biology and Chemistry. She went on to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in the West Indies and then to Oklahoma State University for her clinical rotations. After graduation Dr. Lacey completed an 18 month internship at Weatherford Equine Medical Center PLC in Weatherford, TX before coming to work in Louisiana. She specializes in Sports Medicine in performance horses and racehorses, reproduction mares, stallions and embryos, and neonatal medicine. Lacey is also certified by the Chi Institute in Reddick, Florida in Mixed Animal Veterinary Acupuncture.
Jaclyn Hayes, MBA
Jaclyn grew up in New Iberia, Louisiana where she cultivated a love for animals from a very young age. She began her studies at Louisiana State University majoring in pre-veterinary medicine, but decided that medicine was not for her. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2006 with degrees in Animal Science and Biology. She then went on to The University of Louisiana at Lafayette to earn her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2008. Since then, Jaclyn has earned the Charted Life Underwriter designation from The American College and is a Notary Public for the State of Louisiana. Jaclyn now manages the business side of Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic alongside her husband, Dr. Randy Hayes. Together they have three smart, handsome boys, two dogs, three cats, and a duck. In her spare time, Jaclyn enjoys fishing, singing, travelling and family time.
Angela Karlin, CVA
Receptionist, Client Relations
Angela was born in Clearwater, Florida and has been a Certified Veterinary Assistant since 2009. She joined the Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic team as a receptionist and veterinary assistant in July of 2014. She is a 20 year military spouse and proud 2 year military mom. She and husband Mike have two children left at home along with four dogs: Juno, Ace, Markus, and Bean. Angela works with Louisiana Lifelines 4 Canines and other rescue organizations to help shelter dogs find homes.
Kim Rodgers, BS
Receptionist, Human Resources
Kim has been a receptionist at Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic since June 2016. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business as well as a Veterinary Technology degree from Northwestern State University. Kim has a deep and passionate love for all animals and loves the opportunity to meet new patients. She thinks of all animals that come to Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic as one of her special “fur babies.” Kim and her husband Jeff have two wonderful children that keep them very busy. Kim enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with her family. She also fosters dogs for Louisiana Lifelines 4 Canines rescue, but is a self-confessed multiple “foster fail” because she gets attached and they become part of the family. The Rodgers family has seven dogs, three cats, two sugar gliders, and Timmy the Turtle (not a fur baby.)

Crystal joined the Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic team in 2017 as a receptionist. She was raised in Morgan City, Louisiana and moved to West Central Louisiana in 2017. Her dream was always to live on a small farm and she found just that along with a home at Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic. She lives with her husband, two children, and their large fur family of nine. The Thielepape family has six dogs and three cats as well as a large range of goats, chickens, geese, and ducks. Other than her passion for all animals, she loves photography, music, nature, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jacquelynn McNeeley, CPhT
Receptionist, Veterinary Assistant
Jacque was born and raised in East Texas. She served in the United States Army for 8 years, during which she worked as a pharmacy technician and trained in the advanced animal care specialty. She has been a nationally certified pharmacy technician since 2008. Jacque and her husband enjoy fishing, hunting, and spending plenty of time with their fur babies. Her dogs and her pot-bellied pig “Al” are her passion. She loves supporting and volunteering her time with local animal rescue groups by fostering or supplying food and supplies.
Raegan Cabral, CVA
Certified Veterinary Assistant, Kennel Supervisor
Raegan joined Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic in 2015 as a Certified Veterinary Assistant after receiving her diploma from Penn Foster earlier that year. She has two daughters and a granddaughter. She shares her home with her husband Tom who is retired military along with their many pets including dogs Toby, Smokey, Sally, Scruffy, Junior, Pearl, Tinkerbell and Baby Girl. She also has two donkeys, a rooster, two parakeets, and a spoiled pet pig named Rodney. In her spare time she enjoys sightseeing, cooking and spending time with her family.
Shanna Hale, RVT
Registered Veterinary Technician
Shanna joined the Entrance Road Vet Clinic team in 2016 as a Registered Veterinary Technician and is now our Lead Surgery Technician. She received her Associate’s degree through the Veterinary Technology Program at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. She mostly enjoys small animal medicine, emergency care and surgery. Shanna is from Burkeville, TX but now lives in Anacoco, Louisiana with her husband Shannon. They have three dogs named Charlie, Blue and Belle and two cats named Tux and BB. Her hobbies include being outdoors, hunting and fishing. She enjoys working as a veterinary technician and has a strong passion for working with animals and loves being able to care for them.
Allyson joined Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic in the winter of 2016. She was born in Anchorage, Alaska, raised in Navarre, Florida, and claims Oklahoma as her home. Being a daughter of the US Air Force and now a spouse of the US Air Force to her husband Collin since 2015, she is always up for travelling and visiting new places. In her free time she trains barrel horses and enjoys hunting, fishing and anything else involving the outdoors. She is the owner of three American Quarter Horses, a silver Weimaraner named Thor, and a Corgi/Heeler mix named Beyla. Allyson has her associate’s degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and is looking to continue education in the Veterinary field in the near future.
Molleigh Partyka, CVA
Certified Veterinary Assistant
Molleigh has worked with Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic since March 2018 as a Certified Veterinary Assistant. She earned her CVA through Auburn University in 2017. She is originally from Pensacola, Florida, but is now stationed at Fort Polk with her husband, dog and two cats. Outside of work she enjoys cooking and hiking. Working with animals has always been her passion and she is thankful that she gets to help animals every day.
Megan is from a small town called Hornbeck in West Central Louisiana, where she has lived her whole life. When she was a little girl, she always wanted to help animals and is happy that she now gets to call that a career. Megan started working with Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic in May of 2018 and enjoys the relationships she has made with other members of the staff that share her love of caring for animals. She is currently pursuing her Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) designation at Northwestern State University, where she hopes to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in December 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, riding four-wheelers with her fiancé and spending time with family. She has a Chihuahua named Sadie and a Shih-Tzu named Paisley that she loves very much.
Virginia is a groomer for Paradise ByU Pet Services, the contracted grooming provider for Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic. She is a second generation animal care professional having studied for 12 years under the tutelage of her mother, Velma Stoneburner, who has groomed and shown dogs for more than 25 years. Virginia has been an integral part of Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic’s grooming team since May of 2015. She is well acquainted with the special needs of animals in the veterinary environment. She has experience dealing with shy, chronically ill, aggressive, sedated and geriatric pets. She also understands the unique needs of the Fort Polk community and its pet owners, as she is a grown-up Army brat. Virginia operates within AKC safety certification guidelines and is continuing to improve at her craft. She is creative and enjoys new techniques and innovative designs. She strives for every pet to look and smell it’s very best. It is not just a haircut, it is a style. It is not just a pet, it is family.
